The State Water Resources Control Board (“SWRCB”) published a new page on its website that provides implementation information for Senate Bill 205.  This page includes helpful information on Senate Bill 205, business requirements, city and county requirements, permit application information, and resources for compliance.

Industrial Businesses can refer to the SWRCB’s Industrial Businesses FAQ document, which outlines how a business determines whether it needs to obtain an Industrial General Permit (“IGP”), its requirements under Senate Bill 205, and how to apply for and comply with IGP coverage.

Cities and counties can access the Cities and Counties FAQ document to learn more about its roles and responsibilities pursuant to Senate Bill 205.
